Valentino Rossi (Yamaha) reaffirmed that only take a decision on the presence in the last two Grand Prix of the season, Portugal and Valencia in the Australian stage, to be held at Phillip Island between 15 and 17 October.
At issue is the anticipation of surgery on his right shoulder, a hypothesis that the seven-time world champion now ranks of remote.
"Certainly I shall go to Australia and say that there is 99 per cent chance of completing the season, if there is no worsening of pain," he said at Sepang, home of the Malaysian Grand Prix, an ideal track for a test:
"I'm very curious to understand the potential and the pain in my shoulder here at Sepang, it is a difficult track. Tamed here in winter testing when he was 100 percent, so I hope there is a lot of pain and can fight for victory. "
Rossi was fastest in first practice session this Friday.

"É certo que irei para a Austrália e diria que ha 99 por cento de hipóteses de completar a temporada, se não sentir agravamento das dores", afirmou em Sepang, onde decorre o GP da Malásia, um traçado ideal para um teste:
"Estou bastante curioso para entender o potencial e a dor no meu ombro aqui em Sepang, porque é uma pista difícil. Dominei aqui nos testes de inverno quando estava 100 por cento, pelo que espero que não haja muita dor e que possa lutar pela vitória."
Rossi foi o mais rápido na primeira sessão de treinos, esta sexta-feira.
